PAYMENT: We accept all credit cards, checks and PayPal. We ship worldwide!
VIEW THE ART ON APPROVAL: The client has three days (3) after delivery date to notify
Genece as to the intent to keep or return the artwork(s).
SHIPPING: All shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
- Canvas and watercolor paper prints are shipped to you direct from our third-party worldclass printer.
(unless you have commissioned Genece to hand embellish the giclee print)
We have a long history in working with them and trust the quality we can expect you will receive.
Please be sure your shipping address is correct as we are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong location.
We are also not responsible for additional postage to re-ship the order if the package has been returned to us for any reason
(unless we mistakenly shipped it the incorrect address, of course).
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email letting you know your package has been shipped.
AThough we don’t expect it to happen, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items
REFUNDS: We offer a 100% money back guarantee, minus shipping & handling. In the instance of a return,
the client may ask for either (1) a refund of the price paid to Genece Hamby, less shipping costs,
or (2) an exchange of the piece of artwork(s) and a credit towards another work of art.
efunds will be made in like form of payment within thirty (30) days of receipt of the returned artwork(s).
RETURNS:  The client is required to return any artwork or product in its original packaging.
If a print is damaged in shipment, proof of damage is required and then a replacement is ordered immediately.
