Mix n Match Style Shipping Policy

Every piece of Mix n Match Style glassware is produced and packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Our glassware is printed on demand and shipped directly from our production partner. Each item is inspected prior to shipping and packaged using protective materials designed for fragile goods.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated by weight at checkout. This approach allows us to keep our glassware pricing lower and transparent — you pay only for the actual cost of secure, protective shipping based on your order’s size and destination.

For orders selecting the "Oversized/Heavy: Email Us for Quote" option:

  • A nominal $\mathbf{\$0.01}$ fee is charged at checkout as a placeholder.

  • This indicates your order is above $\mathbf{21\text{ lbs}}$ or requires specialized freight handling.

  • We will contact you within 1 business day with the final, accurate shipping cost.

  • The actual shipping cost will be billed via a separate invoice and must be paid before your order can be fulfilled and shipped.

Processing & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Multiple Shipments
Larger sets or multi-piece bundles may ship in more than one box to ensure each piece arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the Domestic United States. For orders shipping to the states of Alaska and Hawaii the website will offer a US Postal Service method. For orders shipping to a PO box we will opt to ship via a USPS method as well. Please note, we cannot deliver orders weighing more than 1lb to PO Boxes - A physical address is required. 

Tracking
You will be emailed your USPS or FedEx tracking number at the time that your order ships out.
