Returns & Custom Orders
Because each piece is individually customized and permanently marked, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns on custom glassware once production has begun.
Please review the policies below regarding order errors and shipping breakage.
Shipping Breakage
While we take great care in packaging, breakage can occasionally occur when shipping fragile items.
If your order arrives damaged, the following conditions apply:

Breakage must be reported upon receipt of the order

Broken glassware and packaging should be temporarily retained in case the shipping carrier requires inspection or recovery
When shipping breakage is confirmed, we typically offer:

Replacement glassware, or
-
A refund of the product cost
Replacements are shipped at no additional charge using the original shipping method selected at checkout. If expedited shipping is required to meet a specific deadline, the additional shipping cost may be the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations/Changes
Orders may be cancelled or modified prior to production.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled and refunds cannot be issued. Changes requested after an order has been set into motion may incur additional charges.
Turnaround Time/Deadlines
Orders are produced and shipped promptly; however, shipping transit time applies once the order leaves the production facility. Ground transit times vary based on destination.
We are often able to accommodate short-notice deadlines when possible. Please note:

Any special timing requirements must be communicated at the time of order

We cannot guarantee delivery deadlines if timing requirements are not disclosed in advance

We are not responsible for shipping delays that occur after the order has shipped, including weather-related or carrier-related delays beyond our control
International Shipping
At this time, international shipping is available only to Canada.
