Project Policies
Collaboration & Production
Each Shibui Studio project is developed specifically for a hospitality environment. Because designs are created or reserved exclusively for each project, production orders are considered final once approved and submitted.
Project details, artwork approvals, quantities, and timelines are confirmed prior to production to ensure every order reflects the agreed design direction.
Shipping & Breakage
Professional-grade glassware is carefully packaged for shipment; however, breakage may occasionally occur during transit.
If an order arrives damaged:
- Please notify Shibui Studio promptly upon receipt.
- Retain all damaged glassware and original packaging until the shipping claim has been resolved.
- Once shipping damage is confirmed, replacement glassware or an appropriate resolution will be arranged.
Project Changes
Design revisions are a natural part of the collaboration process and are completed before final production approval.
After production has begun, changes, cancellations, or refunds are generally not possible.
Production & Delivery
Production timelines are confirmed during each project and vary depending on quantities, customization, and scheduling.
If your project has a specific installation or opening date, please let us know as early as possible so production can be planned accordingly.
While every effort is made to meet agreed timelines, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays beyond our control.
